The rules for using the PDF Algo Pro app, kept short.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the PDF Algo Pro app, published by Algorythmos Pty Ltd (ABN 22 701 006 626), registered office Level 1, 457–459 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your licence
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard licence). These terms add to that licence. If the two conflict, the standard licence applies.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to infringe anyone else’s rights, and do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law gives you the right to.
Your documents
Your documents are yours. They stay on your device and we have no access to them, so we cannot recover them for you: keeping backups is your responsibility. The app keeps earlier versions for 30 days as a convenience, not as a backup.
Summaries, answers and extraction
Summaries, answers and extracted data are produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Each answer cites the page it came from so that you can check it. They are information only, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Read the document itself before you rely on them for anything that matters.
Signing documents
The app places an image of your signature on a page. It does not create a certificate-based digital signature. Whether a document signed this way is legally effective depends on the law that applies to it and on what the other party accepts.
Test builds
Builds distributed through TestFlight are for testing. They can contain faults, their features can change or disappear, and they expire. Use test documents and keep copies of anything important.
Purchases
The app has no purchases or subscriptions at present. If that changes, what you get and what it costs will be shown before you buy, Apple will handle the payment, and these terms will be updated first.
Support and updates
We provide support by email at pdfalgopro@algorythmos.com. We may update the app and change or remove features, and we do not promise that any particular feature will stay.
Ownership
The app, its name and its icon belong to Algorythmos Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apple, iPhone, iPad, TestFlight and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or for its support.
Your consumer rights and our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law permits, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, documents or profits, arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show the terms in force, and each change is listed in the version history below. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
