   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Algorythmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

   These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
